You'll love the cultured yogurt. Maybe not the first batch, but the consecutive batches are delicious.
Once in a while my first batch comes out perfect as well. Super simple. I have found that if I mix my stains in with the inulin powder and then slowly mix that mixture into the Half and Half it has less tendency to clump.... no more slurry stirring for me. Peace Peeps.
Hi Kevin and Cindy, I got my cultures from Cutting Edge Cultures at https://cuttingedgecultures.com/our-blog/the-dos-and-donts-of-l-reuteri-superfood-fermentation/
I'm not doing them now as life it too chaotic and full. But I do believe those strains are very beneficial.
I purchased an inexpensive fermentation machine from Amazon... which is made in China of course so it won't be inexpensive for long. LOL
Dr. Eric Berg on u-tube has a video showing how to culture the 'bacillus' to make 'yogurt'.
Dr William Davis does also.
I bet Marjory will have a different version on how to do it simply, too.
