Thank you. I read somewhere about how long one should be able to hold a breath. I just now timed myself and it was only 40 seconds. I used to smoke pot for many years. I quit that about five years ago and switched to CBD gummies occasionally. I was never a heavy smoker. For stress and for falling asleep I do breath into my gut laying on my back.
My current effort is to eat properly with lots of protein as I had a gastric sleeve procedure and have lost 30# so far. (3 weeks) Hopefully that'll help. .that is for all of your information and advice. You're a very kind person and a wealth of knowledge. BTW I do garden and have maintained a veggie garden for 25 years. I've added medicinals, berries, figs, herbs plus so it's quite the project.

I am taking a Quickbooks Online Bookkeeping Course and because I have been retired since 2008 this is really new for me Get myself back in study mode. So anyway, I have been overly stressed out. So bad in fact I ended up in the ER this week from some weird symptoms. I know it is because of the pressure I have put myself under. I usually do deep breathing at night and it puts me to sleep. I am currently on the fast track to losing weight too which will make my Doctor happy. I am eating well-fruits and vegies and my garden is doing better. The peas are blooming! The greens are finely coming out of the ground. I was thinking that maybe someone added something to the garden. Probably just too cold to want to peek there heads out of the ground!

Ohhh, you know pea shoots are delicious both raw and sauteed. You can take some leaves without disturbing the overall productivity.
