I make my own pizza, which beats ANY restaurant pizza.....if I DO say so, myself! lol......I can eat FOUR slices and not get ill; I'll be 'STUFFED', but not sick. I also cannot justify spending that kind of $$ at a restaurant, when I can MAKE IT MYSELF.....for MUCH cheaper (and WAY HEALTHIER!).
I don't drink soda! I'll buy Sparkling Organic (flavored) Water, when it's ON SALE. I make my own Kombucha; LOVE Kombucha!! I have an awesome water filtration system. I don't eat 'junk foods'. The potato chips that I buy are NON GMO, cooked in Avocado Oil and Sea Salt. Popcorn.....I buy NON GMO/Organic kernels and pop myself. I buy Organic crackers; I CAN make them myself......but my oven isn't working, at the moment. Cakes, cookies, ect.....I make myself. I buy Organic Ice Cream. THAT will SOON be 'Too Expensive/Not Worth It'.....and I'll have to start making THAT, myself. Flour tortilla's and English Muffins.....I make myself.
Everything else....Organic beef, chicken, ect....I shop the SALES, and STOCK UP!
People just need to LEARN how to make shit themselves. That'll free up $$ for 'other things'. And LEARN how to shop correctly! I'm 'poor', yet still eat Organic! One doesn't need to buy the cheap, TOXIC shit, that they pass off as 'food'. Just learn HOW to shop! SHOP THE SALES!! There should be very little that you bring home, from the grocery store, that was NOT on sale.
