Also curious is what your using EM or Bokashi -Effective microorganism technology which was developed by Dr. Higa in Japan? If so very cool. I have been using these products for yrs and have read the reported research but will be very interested in your findings, However you need to get the sound on your videos fixed. I doubt that I am the only one who has this issue.
Hey Marjorie. Where do I look to learn more about your microbes? Behind the curb on this one.
In other news we’ve got the seed growing mostly heirlooms I got from Mike Adams a a few the old ones I bought from Ace hardware. First year garden in the yard. Been working on getting it completely set up while it’s still cool here in TX.
Thanks for all you do! I’ve learned so much from you and it’s encouraged me to reclaim my land (ongoing job!) and plant my garden. It took all last summer of reclaiming/repairing & building up the hill to be able to put the garden in this year. The hill was running away into the gully. Last year was a wildly busy year! Your teaching & reminding all of us that it takes lots and lots of time, preparation and patience helped. There were plenty of times I thought with setbacks that I’d never have a garden yet I’m finally here! I’ve jabbered on enough. Just wanted to say hi and thanks again and ask about the microbes.
Made Bokashi without EM BUT USED THE bran. Left it for 3 months and opened up the bucket. It smelled and looked so rich and clean. Well, a rich brown. Haven’t done it since, but now have the EM. Thanks Marjorie! Always enjoy your videos. Hope you are enjoying it down there!

Why do half your videos not have sound?

You are doing SUCH VITAL WORK! I bought the microbes and will use them in April or May here in chilly North IL...but love seeing your results!
